Summary
Alanqa is a genus of alanqid pterosaur from the Late Cretaceous period of what is now the Kem Kem Group of southeastern Morocco. The name Alanqa comes from the Arabic word العنقاء al-'Anqā', for a mythical bird of Arabian culture.
